Black Ramen

Black Ramen

When it’s that cold (although to be honest, Spring may be around the corner, it was almost warm yesterday) it doesn’t get any better than a big bowl of Ramen!

Why “black Ramen”? Well, the noodles are actually normal (the dark things on the top are sliced mushroom), but as you can see at the bottom, the oil is black (I guess it’s some sort of sesame oil, I forgot).

    1. Sweet.
Actually, if you don’t really know Ramen, it’s pretty much the Japanese equivalent of onion soup. Although Japanese people eat Ramen way more often than French people eat onion soup.
