This is Beyond the Border – the Ocean, by Lin Shuen Long.
I find this large structure quite amazing.
I’m not going to lie, I find that its location three years ago (a beach on Teshima) fitted the art better than its current one at Takamatsu’s Sunport, but at least, now I get to see it pretty much as often as I want, not just once for a few minutes like three years ago.
It will remain at Sunport until the end of the Setouchi Triennale 2016. No need to tell you how to find it, you can’t miss it.
