Farther Memory is Chiharu Shiota‘s contribution to the Setouchi International Art Festival 2010. It was available for viewing until last month in the village of Kō on Teshima. It recently closed along with other Art Setouchi’s artworks. I’m really not sure whether it will reopen this coming Spring or if it will be dismantled, but in any case, Ms Shiota is among the artists who will take part in the upcoming Setouchi Triennale 2013.
