Thanks.
To be honest I didn’t find the fireworks very fascinating so I used the time to learn to use my new camera. It’s the only pic that came out decent I think (and I wish I had taken more pictures of the ferry entering the port, some angles were better).
You’re not about to see me in Tokyo Disneyland (nor any other Disneyland in the world) any time soon.
I spent five years two hours away from Disneyworld, never went once, never even got near it once.
I’m as anti Disney as it gets.
Yeah, that’s fair enough. It doesn’t have to be Disneyland, but there are other opportunities to enjoy the fireworks in Japan outside of the summer festivals.
That’s a lovely shot you got there:)
Thanks.

Yes, great shot, but I can’t believe that is your first fireworks experience in Japan.
Well, it’s the first time I’m in Japan during Summer… so… 😉
Ok, That makes sense as most of the fireworks are during the summer. However, if you visit Tokyo Disneyland, they have fireworks every night 🙂

Like the others, I’m dead impressed by your camera. We’ve had a lot of fireworks this summer at various fêtes nearby. Brilliant!
