Looks like paradise, and in Takamatsu of all places 😉
Have a great weekend!
Takamatsu may nnot be paradise on Earth, but it’s definitely paradise in Japan (remind how could you are these days? 😉 )
I really like Ritsurin-koen. Kagawa is a nice corner of Japan. I want to visit again.
Yes, I think it’s my favorite garden in all of Japan.
As far as I am concerned, we have just passed the street in front of this park. I remember I saw this Kanji “栗林公園” in Takamatsu city last year. We should have squeezed our time to visit and stay there!
Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day.
Yeah, Chuo-Dori is more or less “Main Street Takamatsu” (and that’s almost what it means in Japanese, right?) and you definitely need to come back. I’m not biaised when I say it’s one of the most beautiful gardens in Japan. None of the Kyoto ones that I’ve seen has amazed me as much.

Nice lens flare! Seems warm, I would like warm right-about-now!
Thanks… yes that pic was taken in May, and it was warm indeed.
